EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY – DROKONA

10-Day Free Exchange Policy

At Drokona, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a 10-day free exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery

  • Condition:

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

    • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or invoice is mandatory

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate exchange via email at drokonahomes@gmail.com

  2. Free pickup will be arranged by our team

  3. Product will be inspected upon receipt

  4. Upon approval, replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days

If the product fails inspection, the exchange request will be declined and the product will be returned.


2-Day Return & Refund Policy (Damaged or Defective Products Only)

Refunds or returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof: Clear photos or videos showing damage/defect are mandatory

Refund / Replacement Process

  1. Email us at drokonahomes@gmail.com with order details and evidence

  2. Our team will review and may arrange pickup if required

  3. Upon approval:

    • Refund will be processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days, OR

    • A replacement will be shipped


Important Notes

  • No refunds are provided for reasons other than damage or defect

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange

  • Custom-made products include mattresses manufactured as per customer-selected size, thickness, material, or specifications

  • Requests raised after 48 hours for damage/defect will not be entertained
