At Drokona, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a 10-day free exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Eligibility for Exchange

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or invoice is mandatory

Free pickup will be arranged by our team

Product will be inspected upon receipt

Upon approval, replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days
If the product fails inspection, the exchange request will be declined and the product will be returned.
2-Day Return & Refund Policy (Damaged or Defective Products Only)
Refunds or returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
