At Drokona, we aim to deliver orders promptly and securely. This policy explains our current shipping process and the terms associated with it.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment confirmation.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days; additional charges may apply.

Delivery timelines can vary by destination, courier service and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above INR 1,000.
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold are charged a flat rate of INR 250.
  • Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Tracking

Once an order is shipped, tracking information is sent to the customer so the shipment can be monitored.

5. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may occur.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the USA, UK and UAE. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delays and Issues

Weather, customs and courier disruptions can affect delivery. If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, contact drokonahomes@gmail.com.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report damaged deliveries within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
  • For lost packages, contact us so we can coordinate with the courier.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we will notify you. Reshipping charges may apply.
